B&M, a leading value retailer with a strong national presence, aimed to modernize its customer engagement ecosystem by unifying the management of gift cards, loyalty cards, and discount card programs.

UWorx and Flooid collaborated to deliver a real-time Givex integration that consolidated all of B&M’s customer value programs; gift cards, loyalty, and discount cards into a single, secure platform. Flooid provided the POS framework and configuration, aligned tender types and transaction workflows, and managed the certification processes. UWorx contributed by engineering the APIs, designing the middleware, building the real-time communication layer, and implementing TLS 1.2 security. Together, these capabilities ensured instant validation, redemption, and balance updates at checkout across POS, HPOS, and SCO systems.
